NTC Brisbane needed a new layout and look for their website to better represent their study options, student resources and other information. I recommended that they change to using WordPress for their website, in order to achieve a smooth and eye catching look with a great range of built-in features, speed up development, thus minimising cost, and also to make it easier for college staff to maintain and update the website themselves.

Their new WordPress website incorporates a slider on the homepage to showcase key features of their organisation, several widgetised areas, customisable menus, a blog, improved SEO, and makes use of custom post types to provide intuitive administering of their range of courses and individual staff pages. Their new layout also features section-specific sidebars to offer relevant options for each area of the website, and a quick links section at the bottom of each page to make finding information simple for both current and prospective students and other interested people.
